The Turbosmart Kompact EM Plumb Back BOV is a direct-replacement performance blow-off valve engineered to solve the common failure points of factory plastic electronic bypass valves. While OE valves are prone to boost leaks and diaphragm failure—especially on vehicles with increased boost pressures—the Kompact EM series features a billet aluminum body and high-temperature O-rings for a reliable, leak-proof seal.
The Plumb Back configuration recirculates vented air back into the intake system, providing a quiet, factory-like operation while protecting the turbocharger from compressor surge. This electro-mechanical (EM) design integrates directly with the factory engine management system for plug-and-play installation without requiring external hoses or additional wiring.
