The Turbosmart BOV Controller Kit (TS-0304-1002) is a comprehensive solution for diesel and high-performance engines that lack sufficient manifold vacuum to operate a traditional blow-off valve. This universal kit combines the Turbosmart electronic BOV controller with a 50mm RacePort Vent-to-Atmosphere (VTA) valve to prevent turbo barking and compressor surge in specialized applications.
Built from billet 6000-series aluminum, the RacePort valve features a CFD-optimized design with a 50mm inlet that flows over 330 CFM. Reliability is maintained through a proprietary high-temperature Silicon Nomex diaphragm and a MILSPEC hard-anodized valve guide and stem. The electronic controller allows the user to fine-tune the system with adjustable sensitivity and duration settings, ensuring the valve opens and closes precisely when needed.
