The Turbosmart Kompact EM Plumb Back VR25 is a direct-replacement, plug-and-play upgrade designed for the 2022+ Nissan 400Z. As an electromechanical (EM) valve, it integrates seamlessly with the factory electronic control system, maintaining the ECU’s intended logic while providing the speed and reliability of a performance mechanical valve. This design eliminates the need for external vacuum lines while preventing the boost leaks common in factory plastic diverter valves.
The Plumb Back configuration recirculates vented air back into the intake system, ensuring quiet operation and preventing the rich-running conditions often associated with atmosphere-venting valves on MAF-equipped engines. Precision-machined from billet aluminum with high-temperature O-rings, this unit is built to withstand increased boost levels and extreme engine bay heat.
