The Turbosmart Kompact Shortie Plumb Back Blow-Off Valve (TS-0203-1264) is engineered to replace the failure-prone factory plastic valve on the Ford Focus RS. While the 2.3L EcoBoost engine produces approximately 23 PSI of boost in stock form, the OE plastic component is known to leak or become brittle and crack over time. This direct-replacement valve provides a durable, high-performance solution that maintains boost pressure and withstands the heat of the engine bay.
Designed as a recirculating (Plumb Back) system, this BOV returns air to the intake tract to ensure quiet operation and factory-like drivability without triggering fault codes. Its "Shortie" design allows for a compact fit in the tight engine bay of the Focus RS, making it an essential upgrade for any RS running stock or increased boost levels.
