The Turbosmart Gen V RacePort is a compact, high-performance blow-off valve engineered specifically for competition-level turbocharged engines. Designed to provide maximum flow in a space-efficient package, the RacePort is 50% lighter and 25% smaller than competing valves while delivering a massive 330 CFM flow rate, making it the highest flowing BOV of its type on the market.
Constructed from billet 6000-series aluminum, this Gen V BOV features a unique locking collar design and a positive sealing valve seat for reliable boost management. The internal assembly utilizes a MILSPEC hard-anodized valve guide and stem paired with a high-temperature proprietary Silicon Nomex diaphragm to ensure durability under extreme thermal loads. Two 1/8 NPT reference ports allow for versatile vacuum routing and configuration.
