The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator (MPN: TS-0622-8072) is engineered to maximize boost response and stability for the factory turbocharger on the S550 Mustang. By utilizing an increased working ratio compared to the original equipment, this actuator provides more precise boost control throughout the RPM range, preventing the wastegate from blowing open prematurely under high load.
- Construction: High-grade billet aluminum housing for superior thermal stability
- Diaphragm: Proprietary silicone Nomex material designed for high-temperature durability
- Hardware: Stainless steel rods and clevis for long-term corrosion resistance
- Design: Features the Turbosmart unique locking collar system for easier spring changes
- Base Pressure: Pre-installed 7 PSI spring; compatible with optional springs ranging from 3 PSI to 26 PSI

This upgraded actuator is a direct replacement for the factory unit, providing a more aggressive boost curve and better top-end performance without the flex or leakage common in stamped steel OE actuators.
