The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator is designed to provide superior boost control and response for factory-frame turbochargers. By increasing the working ratio over the original equipment, this actuator minimizes boost drop-off at high RPMs and allows for more stable management of the wastegate flapper. Built to handle the heat and vibration of high-performance environments, it serves as a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock actuator.
- Billet aluminum construction with a black anodized finish
- Proprietary Silicon Nomex diaphragm for high-temperature resistance
- Stainless steel rods and clevis for corrosion resistance and longevity
- Unique locking collar system for easy spring changes
- Pre-configured with a 7 PSI spring rating
