The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator is engineered specifically for the 1.6L EcoBoost engine to provide superior boost control and improved turbocharger response. This unit replaces the soft factory actuator with a more rigid design, eliminating boost drop-off at high RPMs and ensuring a flatter, more consistent boost curve. Pre-set to 7 PSI, this actuator allows the wastegate flapper to stay closed longer, building boost faster and maintaining it more effectively under high-load conditions.
- Direct replacement for the factory internal wastegate actuator
- Pre-configured with a 7 PSI base spring pressure
- Interchangeable springs allow for a wide range of custom boost levels
- Provides more stable boost control and improved throttle response
- Black anodized finish for corrosion resistance and a professional aesthetic
