The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator is designed to provide significantly improved boost response and control compared to factory equipment. By increasing the working ratio between the diaphragm surface area and spring tension, this actuator ensures the wastegate flapper is held shut against exhaust gas pressure more effectively, resulting in faster spool-up and a flatter boost curve throughout the RPM range.
Built for durability in high-heat environments, the IWG75 features a high-grade billet aluminum housing and a proprietary silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm. The stainless steel rods and clevis provide superior corrosion resistance, while the unique locking collar system allows for quick spring changes if your boost requirements evolve. This unit comes pre-configured with an 18 PSI spring set for reliable high-performance applications.
