The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator is engineered to provide maximum boost response and stability for your factory-frame turbocharger. By increasing the "Working Ratio"—the effective surface area of the diaphragm versus the spring force—this upgraded actuator delivers more precise control and improved boost response throughout the entire RPM range compared to the stock equipment.
Constructed from high-grade billet aluminum and featuring Turbosmart’s unique locking collar system, the IWG75 is built for the rigors of high-performance driving. The internal components are designed for longevity and consistency, featuring a proprietary silicon Nomex diaphragm and stainless steel rods and clevis for superior heat and corrosion resistance.
