The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator (TS-0681-5102) is engineered to provide maximum boost response and stability for factory-frame turbochargers. By increasing the "Working Ratio" compared to original equipment, this upgraded actuator delivers improved boost control and faster spool-up throughout the RPM range.
Constructed from high-grade billet aluminum, the IWG75 features Turbosmart’s unique locking collar system for secure assembly and easy spring changes. The internals utilize a proprietary Silicon Nomex diaphragm to withstand extreme temperatures and pressures, ensuring reliable performance in demanding forced induction environments.
- Universal fitment with 150mm stainless steel rod and clevis
- Pre-installed 10 PSI (1.0 Bar) spring
- High-grade billet aluminum construction with black anodized finish
- Proprietary Silicon Nomex high-temperature diaphragm
- Stainless steel rods and clevis for corrosion resistance
- Locking collar system allows for spring swaps from 3psi to 26psi (sold separately)
