The Turbosmart TS-1-6466B-VB082E turbocharger is engineered to bridge the gap between high-end motorsport requirements and performance street applications. Built for rapid transient response and durability under extreme heat, the TS-1 series utilizes 310s stainless steel investment cast turbine housings and a T14 Inconel turbine wheel specifically designed to handle high exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) without compromising structural integrity.
- Aerodynamics: Features 7+7 splitter wheels with CFD-driven housing designs for optimized flow and precise A/R ratios.
- Bearing System: Proprietary dual ceramic bearing system provides superior shaft stability and reduced friction compared to traditional journal bearings.
