The Turbosmart Gen-V WG38 UltraGate38 is a motorsport-proven 38mm external wastegate designed for precise boost control in high-performance applications. Featuring a traditional 3-bolt flange, this Gen-V unit offers a cost-effective, high-flow solution for turbocharged systems requiring compact packaging and reliable thermal management.
Built to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures, the WG38 utilizes a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body paired with a Nitronic 60 valve guide for exceptional fatigue resistance. The unit comes equipped with 14psi 17/7 PH stainless steel springs and features a liquid actuator cooling port, allowing for stable operation in engine bays with restricted airflow. The modular actuator housing also supports an optional position sensor upgrade for advanced data logging and valve travel monitoring.
