The Turbosmart WG40 Comp-Gate40 is a high-performance 40mm external wastegate engineered to provide superior flow and heat management within the tight constraints of modern engine bays. This compact wastegate is a reliable solution for managing boost pressure in turbocharged applications where space is at a premium.
- Construction: Features a cast stainless steel body and a CNC-machined aluminum actuator housing for maximum durability.
- Thermal Performance: Equipped with a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm and a solid one-piece stainless steel valve to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures.
- Mounting: Utilizes a V-band inlet and outlet system to suit 40mm peer fitment, ensuring a secure and leak-free seal.
- Adjustability: Secured by a unique locking collar design for easy service; while this model includes a 7 PSI spring, it can be configured with springs ranging from 3 to 26 PSI.
- Reference Ports: Twin 1/16" NPT reference ports allow for versatile vacuum and boost controller plumbing.
