The Turbosmart Gen V CompGate 40 (CG) is a high-performance 40mm external wastegate specifically engineered for compressed gas and CO2 control strategies. Designed for professional motorsport and high-output applications, this CG/CO2 version allows for extreme pressure multiples over base spring pressure by utilizing high-pressure gas reference signals, far exceeding the 2-3x limit of traditional actuators.
- Precision Engineering: Features a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide for superior fatigue resistance and thermal performance.
- Advanced Control: Optimized for large tuning windows and high pressure differentials between actuator housings.
- Modular Design: The actuator housing is interchangeable and allows for user-adjustable positioning to clear custom manifold plumbing.
- Technical Specs: Includes 17/7 PH stainless steel springs and CFD-validated flow performance.
