Turbosmart GenV Comp-Gate 40mm (WG40) External Wastegate Valve Seat - TS-0552-3001
This product will be available for sale in 2 weeks, but you can pre-order now to receive 10% discount!
Maintain optimal boost control and a leak-free seal with the Turbosmart GenV Comp-Gate 40mm Valve Seat. This precision-machined component serves as the critical mating surface for the GenV WG40 external wastegate valve, ensuring consistent performance under extreme thermal conditions and high exhaust pressures.
Designed specifically as a direct replacement or spare for the GenV 40mm series, this valve seat is manufactured from high-grade materials to resist warping and erosion in high-heat environments. A properly seated valve is essential to preventing exhaust bypass leaks that can lead to boost creep and inefficient turbocharger response. Whether you are performing a rebuild or replacing a worn factory seat, this part restores the wastegate to its original factory-spec sealing efficiency.
- Fits Turbosmart GenV Comp-Gate 40 (WG40) external wastegates
- Precision-machined for a high-integrity, metal-to-metal seal
- Built to withstand extreme exhaust gas temperatures and pressures
- Direct replacement for the original seat supplied with the wastegate
- Manufacturer Part Number: TS-0552-3001
