Engineered for high-level motorsport applications, the Turbosmart Gen-V ALV40 (Anti-Lag Valve) is a dedicated fresh-air bypass valve designed to maintain turbocharger shaft speed and boost pressure when the throttle is closed. By bypassing air into the exhaust manifold, this 40mm valve prevents turbo lag during gear changes or deceleration, ensuring immediate response upon re-opening the throttle.
- Precision Build: Features a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide for extreme durability in race conditions.
- Advanced Control: Equipped with a twin-chamber actuator and 17/7 PH stainless steel springs for precise response under boost or vacuum.
- Adjustable Design: The clockable actuator housing allows for easy 360-degree orientation of the air ports to clear surrounding hardware.
- Complete Kit: Includes strap-type V-band clamps and multiple fittings to simplify fabrication and installation.
