The Turbosmart Hyper-Gate 45 is a high-performance 45mm external wastegate engineered for boosted applications where space is limited but flow is critical. Re-introduced as part of the Gen4 lineup, this wastegate provides exceptional boost control and thermal durability using a cast stainless steel body and a CNC-machined aluminum actuator housing.
Equipped with a 14psi spring, the Hyper-Gate 45 features a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex-reinforced diaphragm and a solid one-piece stainless steel valve. The V-band inlet and outlet allow for a secure, leak-free seal and are designed to fit standard 44/46mm peer flange fitments, making it a versatile choice for custom turbo manifolds.
