The Turbosmart Gen V Hyper-Gate 45 is a motorsport-proven 45mm external wastegate engineered for maximum flow and thermal stability. This Gen V iteration provides world-leading extended thermal performance and fatigue resistance, ensuring precise boost control for high-performance turbocharged systems. Its modular design features a rotatable actuator housing, allowing for 360-degree positioning of reference ports to clear obstacles in tight engine bays.
Constructed with a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide, the Hyper-Gate 45 is built to withstand the extreme heat of high-duty cycle applications. The unit comes pre-fitted with 14psi 17-7 PH stainless steel springs and includes optional liquid cooling ports for extreme thermal environments.
