The Turbosmart Gen V Hyper-Gate 45 (WG45) is a high-performance 45mm external wastegate engineered for superior flow and thermal endurance. This Gen V iteration features a modular actuator housing, allowing for 360-degree rotation to simplify vacuum port routing in crowded engine bays. The "Sleeper" edition offers a discreet aesthetic without compromising the extreme temperature resistance required for high-boost applications.
Constructed with a Nitronic 60 valve guide and a high-grade stainless steel base, this wastegate is built for reliability under motorsport conditions. The 14psi spring configuration (MPN: TS-0553-1615) provides precise boost control, while the V-band mounting system ensures a secure, leak-free seal to the manifold and dump pipe.
