The Turbosmart Gen-V eWG45 Hyper-Gate45 provides absolute boost control without the limitations of traditional pneumatic systems. By removing the need for vacuum lines, boost controllers, or diaphragm-based actuators, this 45mm electronic external wastegate allows for precise valve positioning and infinite boost strategies via ECU control. Built on the proven Gen-V architecture, it maintains class-leading flow performance validated through CFD and bench testing.
- High-temperature 347 stainless steel body and Nitronic 60 valve guide for extreme thermal durability
- Integrated liquid-cooled electronic actuator housing for reliability in high-heat engine bays
- Dual wastegate position sensors: Onboard Analog (0-5V) and Digital (PWM) for precise ECU feedback
- Onboard Analog (0-5V) actuator temperature sensor
- User-adjustable actuator position for flexible installation in tight spaces
- Includes strap-type V-band clamps for secure mounting
