The Turbosmart Gen V Pro-Gate 50 (WG50) is a motorsport-proven 50mm external wastegate engineered for maximum flow capacity and precise boost control. Developed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and bench-validated, this Gen V series wastegate provides superior thermal performance and fatigue resistance compared to previous generations. Its modular design features a clockable actuator housing, allowing for 360-degree rotation to accommodate complex plumbing and tight engine bay clearances.
- High-temperature 347 stainless steel body for extreme heat resistance
- Nitronic 60 valve guide and 17-7 PH stainless steel springs
- 50mm V-band fitment with strap-type clamps for secure mounting
- Modular actuator design for easy orientation and configuration
- Optional liquid cooling ports for stability in extreme thermal environments
- Accepts optional position sensor for data logging and closed-loop control
