The Turbosmart Gen-V WG50 Pro-Gate 50 CG (Compressed Gas) is a 50mm external wastegate engineered for advanced boost control strategies that utilize top-chamber pressure biasing. Specifically designed for CO2 drag racing or compressed air setups, this wastegate enables an exceptionally wide boost bandwidth. It features an inverted diaphragm architecture optimized for high-pressure systems and large pressure differentials where standard wastegates may reach their limit.
Built for extreme duty, the Pro-Gate 50 CG utilizes a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide for superior thermal and fatigue resistance. The rotatable actuator housing allows for precise clocking of air lines and optional liquid cooling ports in tight engine bays, ensuring reliable performance under extreme thermal loads.
