The Turbosmart Gen-V WG60 Power-Gate 60 is a motorsport-proven 60mm external wastegate designed for high-horsepower applications requiring maximum flow. As the largest poppet-style wastegate in the Turbosmart Gen-V range, it delivers industry-leading flow capacity and thermal performance. This unit is built to withstand extreme temperatures and fatigue, making it a reliable choice for professional racing and high-performance street builds.
- Precision Engineering: Features a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide for superior longevity.
- Modular Design: The actuator housing is fully rotatable/clock-able, allowing for 360-degree positioning to clear complex engine bay configurations.
- Thermal Management: Includes optional liquid actuator cooling ports for use in high-heat environments.
- Reliable Springs: Equipped with 17-7 PH stainless steel springs for consistent 14psi boost control.
- Installation: Designed for 60mm V-band fitment and includes strap-type V-band clamps for a secure, leak-free seal.
The TS-0555-1014 also supports an optional position sensor (sold separately) for data logging and precise boost management.
