The Turbosmart Gen V Power-Gate 60 CG (Compressed Gas) is a high-performance 60mm external wastegate engineered for advanced boost control strategies. This CG-specific model is designed for applications that actively bias the top chamber with increased pressure to achieve a massive boost bandwidth, making it ideal for CO2 drag racing or compressed air systems. It features a specialized inverted diaphragm assembly built to handle large pressure differentials and high-pressure air sources.
- 60mm V-band inlet and outlet for secure, leak-free installation.
- High-temperature 347 stainless steel body with a Nitronic 60 valve guide for superior thermal resistance.
- Includes a 5psi base spring made from 17-7 PH stainless steel.
- Rotatable actuator housing allows for 360-degree positioning of pressure ports.
- Optional liquid cooling ports for managing extreme heat soak in endurance or high-heat environments.
- Equipped with strap-type V-band clamps for reliable retention under pressure.
