UMI Performance rear tubular lower control arms are a critical upgrade for aging GM A-Body platforms. Designed to replace weak, stamped-steel factory arms that are often prone to rust and flex, these arms provide the structural rigidity needed for improved handling and track consistency. By eliminating the deflection found in OE components, these arms significantly reduce wheel hop and improve cornering stability.

Construction features include heavy-duty 1.500" OD x 0.120" wall DOM mild steel tubing that is CNC machined and fully TIG welded for maximum strength. Each arm is finished in a durable powder coat and equipped with greaseable, fluted polyurethane bushings and Zerk fittings for easy maintenance and quiet operation. The reinforced sway bar mounting holes ensure compatibility with factory or aftermarket sway bars.
