Vibrant Performance 11983 Black Nylon Braided Flex Hose provides a durable, high-performance solution for plumbing custom automotive fluid systems. This 20-foot roll features a reinforced CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene) synthetic rubber inner liner encased in a black nylon braided cover, offering superior abrasion resistance compared to unshielded lines.
Engineered for versatility, this hose is compatible with oil, water, fuel, coolant, and vacuum service. It is suitable for use with E85 and methanol; however, because CPE liners are semi-permeable, fuel vapors may be detected if fluid is left stagnant for long periods. For dedicated E85 systems requiring zero permeation, a PTFE-lined hose is recommended.
