Vibrant Performance Merge Collectors are engineered to optimize exhaust scavenging and flow by providing a smooth transition for high-velocity gases. Constructed from heavy-duty 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, these collectors are built to withstand high exhaust temperatures and resist corrosion in demanding performance environments.
Each collector undergoes precise fabrication with meticulous TIG welding at every seam. The welds are back-purged to ensure full penetration and a smooth internal surface, eliminating flow-restricting slag or oxidation. These units are designed to be ready for welding right out of the box, minimizing preparation time for custom header builds or exhaust modifications.
