Vibrant Performance 321 Stainless Steel straight tubing is engineered for extreme thermal environments where standard 304SS may be prone to failure. Stabilized with titanium, 321SS offers superior resistance to intergranular corrosion and maintains its structural integrity during prolonged operating temperatures ranging from 800°F to 1500°F (427°C to 816°C).
This 16-gauge tubing is highly recommended for forced induction applications, turbo manifolds, and downpipes. It withstands tensile stress and high-heat cycles better than 304SS, significantly reducing the risk of stress fractures in custom fabrication projects. Each section provides a consistent wall thickness and diameter for reliable welding and fitment.
