The Vibrant Performance 11995 is a high-performance -20 AN braided flex hose designed for versatile automotive plumbing. Each 5-foot roll features a lightweight, black nylon braided cover for superior abrasion resistance, protecting a reinforced CPE synthetic rubber inner liner. This construction provides the durability required for demanding engine bay environments while maintaining flexibility for easier routing than traditional stainless steel braids.
Engineered for a wide range of fluids, this hose is suitable for oil, water, fuel, coolant, and vacuum service. It is compatible with E85 and methanol; however, because CPE liners are subject to vapor permeation when fuel is left stagnant, PTFE-lined hoses are recommended for dedicated long-term ethanol storage. Note: This hose is not for use in brake or hydraulic pressure systems and is not intended for in-tank submersion.
