Constructed for professional exhaust and intake fabrication, this Vibrant Performance 90-degree mandrel bend provides consistent wall thickness and diameter through the entire radius. Manufactured from high-grade T304 stainless steel with a 16-gauge (0.065") wall, it is designed to withstand high heat and resist corrosion in demanding automotive environments.
This universal fabrication component features a 4-inch leg and a 12-inch leg, providing ample material for trimming and fitment in tight chassis constraints. The mandrel bending process ensures no restriction in airflow, making it ideal for custom downpipes, cat-back systems, and cold air intakes. The surface requires minimal preparation, allowing for clean, high-quality TIG or MIG welds right out of the box.
