Vibrant Performance oval stainless steel mandrel bends are engineered to solve ground clearance and packaging challenges in tight chassis environments. This 45-degree bend allows fabricators to route high-flow exhaust systems in spaces where traditional round tubing would sit too low or interfere with suspension components.
Each piece is manufactured from T304 stainless steel with a 16-gauge (0.065") wall thickness, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The mandrel bending process maintains a consistent internal diameter throughout the bend to prevent flow restriction. With 6-inch leg lengths on both sides, this component provides sufficient material for precise trimming and fitment during custom fabrication. The material is delivered with a finish that requires minimal preparation for TIG or MIG welding.
