Vibrant Performance Turbo Manifold Merge Collectors are engineered to streamline the fabrication of high-performance custom manifolds. Designed to withstand the thermal stress and weight of large turbochargers, these collectors are constructed from thick-walled 304 Stainless Steel Schedule 10 pipe. This heavy-duty material choice offers superior durability and resistance to cracking compared to standard thin-wall tubing.
Each component is precision 3D laser cut to ensure a proper merge, which is critical for maximizing exhaust gas velocity and minimizing turbulence as gases enter the turbocharger housing. These units are delivered tack-welded, providing fabricators the flexibility to make final adjustments to the alignment before completing the final weld-out for their specific application.
