The Vibrant Performance 11829 Aramid Reinforced Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Hose Coupler is engineered to handle the extreme demands of high-pressure induction systems. Designed with a hump configuration, this coupler allows for minor component misalignment and provides critical vibration isolation between hard piping. The three integrated stainless steel rings are specifically positioned to prevent the silicone from expanding under high boost, maintaining consistent airflow and structural integrity.
- Construction: 4-ply high-temperature resistant aramid reinforcement fabric layered between premium silicone.
- Dimensions: 4.00-inch inner diameter (ID) and 7.00-inch total length.
- Temperature Resistance: Operating range from -75°F to 392°F (-60°C to 200°C).
- Pressure Stability: Three stainless steel rings prevent hose expansion under elevated boost pressures.
