The Vibrant Performance 11820 4-Ply Aramid Reinforced Silicone Hump Hose is engineered for high-pressure, high-temperature charge air cooler (CAC) applications. This coupler is designed to compensate for minor piping misalignment and isolate vibration between the engine and intercooler piping. Its multi-layered construction features high-temperature resistant Aramid fabric for superior durability under extreme conditions.
Equipped with three integrated stainless steel reinforcement rings, this hump hose prevents excessive expansion and "ballooning" under high boost pressures. The hump design also allows for increased axial and angular movement compared to standard straight couplers, making it ideal for forced induction setups. Finished in matte black for a clean, professional appearance in any engine bay.
