Vibrant Performance 28404 45-degree hose ends are engineered specifically for use with PTFE-lined flex hoses. These non-swivel, high-flow fittings provide a secure, leak-free connection essential for high-pressure or corrosive fluid transfer. Each fitting is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy and finished with a black hard-anodized coating for superior durability and corrosion resistance.
The assembly utilizes a compression-style aluminum olive that compresses directly to the PTFE liner, ensuring a mechanical seal that withstands the rigors of racing environments. The full-flow design maximizes volume while minimizing turbulence and pressure drop throughout the plumbing system.
