The Vibrant Performance 10289 Oil Restrictor Adapter Fitting provides precise control over oil delivery to your turbocharger, helping to prevent oil seal failure caused by excessive oil pressure. This kit is a critical component for high-pressure oiling systems where a standard unrestricted feed might overwhelm the turbo seals, leading to leaks and smoke.
The fitting features a -4AN Male Flare to 1/8" NPT Male configuration. While the base fitting has a 0.060" opening, the kit includes two threaded jets that allow for custom flow regulation. These jets thread directly into the opening on the AN flare end, providing orifice options of 0.030" and 0.045" to suit your specific turbocharger and engine combination.
