The Vibrant 13045 T304 Stainless Steel 90-degree mandrel bend is engineered for professional fabricators requiring dimensional accuracy and material consistency for custom exhaust, intake, or cooling systems. This 5-inch O.D. bend is constructed with a 16-gauge (0.065") wall thickness, providing the necessary durability for high-performance applications while remaining easy to weld.
Unlike standard crush bends, Vibrant’s mandrel bending process maintains a uniform diameter throughout the entire radius to maximize flow and minimize turbulence. Each piece features 6-inch leg lengths and a 7.5-inch centerline radius (CLR), requiring minimal preparation for TIG or MIG welding projects.
