This -8 AN hose features a two-tone black and blue nylon outer braid that protects a reinforced CPE synthetic rubber inner liner, making it an ideal choice for plumbing oil, water, fuel, coolant, and vacuum systems.
Designed to handle extreme operating conditions, this hose maintains integrity in temperatures ranging from -40°F to 300°F (-40°C to 150°C). While compatible with E85 and methanol, users should be aware that fuel vapors can permeate CPE liners over time if fluid is left stagnant; for permanent ethanol applications, a PTFE-lined hose is recommended. Note: This hose is not intended for use as a brake line, high-pressure hydraulic line, or for submersion inside a fuel tank.
