Vibrant Performance Aramid Reinforced Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Hose Couplers are engineered to handle the thermal and pressure demands of modern forced induction systems. These 4-ply silicone couplers utilize high-temperature resistant aramid reinforcement fabric between each layer, providing a stable operating range from -75°F to 392°F (-60°C to 200°C). To ensure reliability under high-boost conditions, integrated stainless steel rings are used to reinforce the structure and prevent excessive hose expansion or ballooning.
These couplers are ideal for both hot-side and cold-side charge piping applications. The flexible silicone construction helps compensate for minor piping misalignment while isolating engine vibration to prevent stress on rigid components. They are suitable for use with air, water, and coolant service.
