The Vibrant Performance LiteFlex Exhaust Coupling is engineered for high-performance exhaust systems that require a balance of flexibility and durability. Built from 304 stainless steel, this 2.25-inch coupling is designed to absorb engine vibrations and account for thermal expansion within the exhaust tract, preventing stress-related cracks in headers or downpipes.
This coupling features an internal stainless steel interlock liner that creates a smooth internal surface to facilitate laminar exhaust flow while shielding the bellows corrugations from extreme temperatures. The external wire mesh braid provides critical structural reinforcement, limiting bellows expansion under pressure and protecting the assembly from road debris. It is an essential component for custom turbo-back or high-flow exhaust fabrications.
