Vibrant Performance spring-loaded T-bolt clamps are engineered to maintain consistent clamping force across fluctuating temperatures and pressures. This self-adjusting design uses a heavy-duty spring to compensate for the expansion and contraction of silicone or rubber hoses, preventing leaks and coupler blow-offs in high-boost induction and cooling systems.
Each clamp is built with a 3/4-inch wide 300-series stainless steel band and floating bridge for superior corrosion resistance. The T-bolt, lock nut, and spring are constructed from heavy-duty zinc-plated steel to ensure hardware integrity under high-torque applications. These clamps are ideal for securing intercooler piping and turbocharger components where thermal expansion is a factor.
