Vibrant Performance T304 stainless steel exhaust manifold flanges provide a precision-engineered foundation for custom header and turbo manifold fabrication. Laser-cut from 3/8-inch thick plate, these flanges are designed to resist warping under extreme thermal stress, ensuring a flat mating surface and a reliable seal against the cylinder head.
To streamline the fabrication process, the exhaust port sizing is optimized for compatibility with either standard wall round tubing or Schedule 10 weld fittings. This makes them a versatile choice for both high-performance naturally aspirated builds and heavy-duty forced induction applications on E36, E46, and Z3 BMW platforms.
