This air-to-air core utilizes robust bar and plate construction to handle higher boost pressures and resist external damage more effectively than tube and fin alternatives.
To optimize thermal management, the core features a unique louvered fin design on the ambient path to maximize the available surface area for cooling air. Internally, an offset fin design on the charge path ensures high-efficiency heat transfer while maintaining minimal pressure drop across the core for maximum throttle response and power delivery.
