Wilwood’s High Volume Tandem Aluminum Master Cylinder is engineered for high-performance braking in domestic cars and trucks from the mid-1960s to present. This 1-1/8” bore unit is optimized specifically for power brake applications, including vacuum-assist and hydraulic-assist systems. Weighing only 3 lbs, this high-pressure die-cast aluminum cylinder provides a 75% weight reduction over traditional cast iron OE units.
The design features fluid outlet ports on both sides of the bore for flexible plumbing and simplifies installation on a wide range of custom and classic configurations. It is designed to fit mounting flanges ranging from 3.22” to 3.40” and utilizes a set stroke of 1.10” with a 2:1 volume ratio between chambers.
