Each piston is forged and precision-machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum alloy, chosen for its superior tensile strength and fatigue resistance at high temperatures. The strutted forging design minimizes weight while maintaining structural integrity. Forged pin oiling ensures constant lubrication to the wrist pin, while the ArmorGlide skirt coating reduces friction and prevents seizure for quieter, more efficient operation.
