Engineered for high-boost competition, the Wiseco Professional Series forged piston kit (K556M86) is designed for serious racers and engine builders. These pistons are forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum to provide the high tensile strength required for heavy to severe-duty forced induction applications. Featuring an 86mm bore and a -12cc dish volume, this kit provides a robust foundation for SR20 performance builds.
Every piston in this shelf stock kit is treated with Wiseco's proprietary ArmorGlide skirt coating to reduce friction, minimize noise, and prevent seizure under extreme thermal loads. To ensure maximum durability, the design includes forced pin oiling and precision-machined ring grooves with anti-detonation features for a superior seal.
