The XClutch Stage 1 performance upgrade is engineered for road-going vehicles that require a substantial increase in torque capacity without sacrificing street driveability. Part of the 1T range, this kit features a single organic friction disc bonded directly to a steel backing. This construction significantly improves the disc's overall burst strength, making it ideal for performance applications and higher-RPM launches where standard organic discs might fail.
Each kit utilizes a heavy-duty diaphragm-type pressure plate, carefully designed to provide a positive pedal feel and increased clamping force. Developed using XClutch’s advanced R&D and vehicle testing facilities, this Stage 1 kit ensures reliable engagement and durability for both daily driving and spirited use.
