Yukon Hardcore Locking Hubs (YHC70001) are engineered for extreme off-road environments where standard hubs fail. Built with high-strength chromoly internals and all-steel construction, these 35-spline hubs are designed to withstand high-torque applications without disengaging. Unlike standard hubs that can pop out of gear under stress, the Hardcore series defaults to the locked position for reliable 4WD performance when you need it most.
The low-profile bezel design minimizes the risk of impact with rocks and obstacles, while a proprietary coating on the locking gears reduces friction for a long service life. Engagement is fast and precise, requiring only a 1/3 turn of the all-steel bezel to switch between 2WD and 4WD.
